keep the money and dont call the police
take the body to your house and let your dog play with it |

No. I would call the police. Even if I was destitute, I would not touch a dead body. Besides that, you could alter evidence. |

No way |

Call the police.
If you search it you're bound to leave some DNA behind. |

WTF?! Your crazy..for real. Why would someone even ask a question like that? |

God no I would call the cops screw the money. What you are talking about doing is tampering with evidence and that's a felony kid. |

I'm not surprised, when my son was killed dirt-bags just seem to fall from the sky. christians mostly |

I would absolutely call the police first because if you touched the corpse your fingerprints would be on it, and they might consider you a suspect. Besides, it would still be wrong to take someone else's money without their permission, even if they're dead. |

i would call the cops and thats it. no more need to disrespect the dead corpse |
|

First off, I wouldn't want to touch a corpse - money would not be what I was concerned about if I came across a dead body.
Secondly, you wouldn't want to become a suspect by leaving DNA or being caught with their possessions. |

I'd be too freaked out to steal their money |

Don't touch anything.
First, taking something that is not yours is theft. Moral and legal problems are not something you want in your life.
Second, you cannot be certain of the cause of death. There is a reason EMTs wear those gloves.
Third, regardless of the cause of death, tampering with a police investigation is a crime. You cannot determine whether you are at a crime scene until it is too late.
Fourth, altering evidence, besides being a criminal offense and presenting big problems for you, may thwart efforts at finding and convicting the actual perpetrator.
There may be other reasons, but I could not think of them. |

I'm sure I want to be rooting around on a corpse for 10 bucks. |

I would certainly call the police right away and not touch the body. Who knows what happened. I'm a germ freak, so I wouldn't touch the body, let alone dig for a wallet. |

That would be despicable not to mention rifling through a corpses belongings is stupid on sooo many levels. |
|

Michial

I would definitely call the police because first that is the right thing to do, but that is the not really the most probable reason because people dont want to get caught leaving any DNA behind or be stupidly at the scene of the crime. |

Respect the dead,don't be a vulture. |

Sure. Nothing like getting the victim's bodily fluids on you, having the victim's money turn up on you.
Makes it an easy arrest for the police.
Hardly an airtight case, but certainly probable cause to arrest. |

Corpse- referring to dead person... yes... then I'd call the police, say I was looking for ID. :) |

I'd search for a wallet or any form of identification in the pockets AFTER I called the cops. |
