If you are under 18, in most states, it only goes on your juvenile record. That record is normally expunged at the age of 18. Different states have different laws though, so check out the particularities of your state. |

It goes on your school record for sure. It also goes on your criminal record if you were arrested. If you were not arrested, it will not be on your criminal record. Juvenile records are very hard to find out about and usually get sealed when you turn 18 if you have no other offenses. |

Yea, unless you have a note to carry around prescribed drugs. But if they are drug drugs, then yes. |

Wow, pot when you were 10? That is pretty ridiculous.
Everything you do gets erased from your record when you turn 18. |

Now, if you are caught and if you are suspended, it would say you were suspended but it wouldn't say caught with drugs. |

it's on your record as long as your a minor once you turn 18 things change and i'm pretty sure it starts over |
|

keith c

If the school called the police and they filed a report on you then...yes.
If the school dealt with it internally then NO.
The saying of your 'permanent' record is a fallacy.
Schools have NO link to the state criminal data base.

caught with drugs...ok...but by who? The police? Did you go to jail? Or did you just get suspended. If there was no police involvement than there is no record....And even if there was, there still may be no record. How old were you? |
|

holyoke
 |
a police record or a school record?
it's only on a police record if the police were involved, and even then usually only if there was a conviction. |
