what happens their .Im renting it so i can throw parties without the cops raiding it......and if someone gets hurt they could sued me but i dont know if they could if i make them sign the ''not liable contract'' please i need an answer quick????????????????

First of all, what makes you think the law can't raid the warehouse?
They can intervene there as much as any other place, especially if your in violation of any city/county ordinances.
If you choose to go this route anyway, you can have your guests sign waivers regarding liability. An attend, "at your own risk," sort of arrangement.
But when you draw up those waivers or post your notices, just be sure your spelling is a bit better than it is here. lol.
If you want to know the truth, this really isn't such a good idea to begin with. Regardless of your liabilities concerning the safety of the party goers, you will obviously have some liability issues with the owner of the property.
I would rethink the whole idea. |

Sure you could have people sign a waiver of their rights to sue you but a good lawyer will find a way around it if you're throwing an illegal party. As far as I know the cops will raid your rave if they choose to do so and there's no legal recourse around it. You could apply for a liqour liscense and run it legally as a club |
