Im in a situation with a bully, what should I do? (Probation)?

Tell him to give you 50 feet. It aint worth it. Let him mouth off all he wants and let that SH!t roll off your shoulders. IF he decides to lay hands on you then you show out. Until then just let him exercise his mouth, maybe he has a fat lip.

don't fight him, just ignore him. If he sees that his insults don't affect you anymore, he'll get bored amd bully someone else.

TEll the teacher all of this. Be like, I am getting very angry about this and I'm scared that I will knock him out because if i do that, ide get suspended and put in juvie(You can skiip the juvie part). Be like, If something doesnt change, I will be in trouble. After youve said this ask the teacher if you can move seats, or even classes!!! If u folow this advice it will work!

What did you do to get probation?

Turn him in to the principal for harassment. If it doesn't stop, you can sue the school for failing to prevent harassment. Win a fat check.

Either that or get someone else to beat him down for you after school.

it sounds wackk seeing how its hard for the human

How exactly does he bully you? If you are bigger, then just don't do whatever he tells you to do and walk away. "Respect" is fine and all, but do what is right for you and remove yourself from the situation.

hey, you're not alone.
im not being bullied by anyone, but someone in school has recently been bothering me a lot, enough to make me cry already. I think the best thing to do first is try to ignore him. If you cry and show him that it bothers you, then he'll keep doing it to get the entertainment out of you. But if that doesn't work, then tell an adult. Tell a parent, tell a teacher, tell the principal. If you don't act fast to the problem, its going to get bigger and bigger. If I were you, I wouldn't want to risk going back to jail just because of a bully. Trust me, just tell someone. Im planning on actually switching over to another part of my grade just to be away from this kid, and im telling someone about it either tomorrow or this week. This should really help.

your a good kid for respecting him. but enough is enough. dont beat his *** but rough him up. make sure not to beat him up and be smart. dont forget that probation. get some friends to back you up too. tell him he's a joke.
now if you werent on probation tht would be a different story...

There are many ways that you can solve this problem.

You could go up to the bully and say "I honestly don't care what you think about me." and don't let this guy get to you. You could go to the principal, and explain the situation, or tell your parents and let them handle it. Alot of kids think the last of the advice is the 'chicken' way out, but it's also a definate 'safe' way out. If you get your parents involved, they will make sure that kid will never pick on you again. So it's either you keep quiet and live with it, or tell your parents and be happy.

wow, this is your moment kid. rise to it. you go up to him with confidence and you get him aside. you say: listen john (if that was his name) i respect the fact that you pick on a person you consider your equal because it takes a very small person tp pick on someone weaker. i see no reason for us not to get along and the way i see it, it is in both of our interests to join forces and help each other out.

If he tries to be smart and be rude or nasty then just say: I was advised my the principle to try and sort this out between us. im afraid they are going to have to deal with you now. you made your choice.

If you feel he is a threat to you speak to your teacher and explain that you spoke to him nicely and he is still being nasty.

its like i always say, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. more importantly, you cant beat them, join them! good luck. and don't forget to stay calm and speak down to him like your the bigger man. rake control.

Violence isn't the answer. Violence is NEVER the answer, but especially when that violence will send you back to juvie. Plus, think about it: if you go back to juvie, the bully wins. Don't give him the satisfaction.

Instead, you could ignore him. If you ignore him, he'll look stupid when he tries to bully you.

Or you could "kill him with kindness." When he's mean to you, smile and say something nice to him. I know this sounds incredibly delusional, but it will confuse him if you're nice to him. He won't know what hit him. And who knows? Maybe your kindness will become contagious and he;ll be nice back. Either way, you'll improve your karma and be the bigger person.

You should grow up. You are on probation already? Do you go looking for trouble? This sounds like YOU are the problem, Do what you want, sounds like you have issues anyway, go ahead and go back to "Juvie" since you can't seem to control your anger and need to fight. Lucky for you I'm not your parent. I would ship you off to a troubled kid boot camp for a year or court appointed military school so fast you wouldn't know what hit you. Check yourself before the rest of your life is one giant sorry mess my friend. Get over it, people will ALWAYS pick on you or not like you, so what, who cares....Are you going to "fight" your boss? next time the bully bullies you have a witness he actually bullied you and tell the principal, teacher, or parent it wont

I was in a similar situation in high school. To this day I still think about it. Talk to the administration. No one should have to feel intimidated in this coutry.

If you can't fight the guy and win, don't try. You might save face, but you could also get really hurt and end up with less respect than before. The best thing to do is take the high road. I don't mean roll over and take his crap, I mean beat him at something and prove that you are more of a man than him. Prove yourself to everyone around you, not to him, and his trash talk loses its power. If your smarter, better at a sport, or in general a better person, prove it to others, not to him. He picks on you because he sees some kind of weakness that he can repetitively poke at until you give up, don't let him do that, show him up. Fight back with character. Whatever you do, don't go postal. No knives, guns, threats or anything violent of that nature, because thats a sure ticket to juvie, and I think you've proven yourself to be above that. If it does come to fighting, be clean, don't degrade yourself in an unfair fight. Try to beat him mentally, and only resort to your fists if you have to. Above all, make sure its justified so you don't end up being the one to blame for the whole situation.

If you really can't take it anymore then I would advise you tell someone about it ( teacher, parents ). If, like me when I was younger, you wouldn't do this because of your "rep" then fight him. I know that most people wouldn't agree with this but if you can't speak to him and you don't want to tell anyone then It would be you only option. In my experience if you stand up for yourself and look like you will fight if It comes to it then the "bully" back's out and the fight never actually happens. The next time he says something to you say something back stand your ground and ride it out if a fight happens then explain to your teacher that this was an ongoing thing and that you had no option. Do not fight him because you don't want to be suspended or expelled. Your in high school pay attention to school, because high school is the real education because it leads you to university or college. Tell the teacher or you parents. Who cares if people call u a snitch, ignore them. No point of fighting.
