I have on a relationship for 5 years I have a 3 years old and a 8 months baby. from him.
we no legally married, we never file taxes togheter but he claim my childrens. both kids have his last name on birth certificate.
i have pass to a lot with this guy, never cheat at him.
he verbal abuse me a lot and he hit my 3 year old a lot.
he kick my dogs too. drink too much no passion at all. he don't even make me happy on bed.
i allways cry i don't know how to get out of these relationship.
i have found someone else he is so loovelly with me and the kids. he wants to buy a house for us.and make a life with me.
I don't know what to do my hubby don't know. but if I left the house will he take my kids out of me if we no married??
also he never givme a dime no even for diapers. i clean houses for pay the rent and we eat with food stamps.
he never want to work and he never take my kids out to get fun.
so living the house will be great because he will have to take the kids somewere if he want to see them and also child support so is the best for us to leave the house. but im afraid that he can legally take my kids out of my hands. I don't have any phyco records, no methal problems no drugs no alcohol history.no public records. and a permanent recidense petition aproved by inmigration he have two dwi and a work permit.
