Nope. But you could get creative and get a qualifying non profit to do it for you. The law says they have to use 90% of gross sales to beneifit a charitable action. Who is to say you can't be their charitable cause. Cut em in for an 80/20 or 75/25 split. All they would normally get to keep is 10.

In California, charities and certain other private nonprofit organizations may conduct raffles to raise funds for beneficial or charitable purposes in the state.

This exception to the general constitutional prohibition against lotteries requires that at least 90 percent of the gross receipts from these raffles go directly to beneficial or charitable purposes in California.

I knew a guy who raffled off a piano he owned. Several months went by and I saw him on the street and I asked who had won the piano? He said,"You know it's a funny thing, but my wife won the raffle". So I hope what ever you raffle off, it is not a relative that wins it.
