The Chennai rental laws are very supportive for tenants . I have tenant who is taking the help of law to stay put for last 1 year, he is paying 4,500 Rs for 1000 Sqft apartment and simply refusing to leave and also threatening to use violence ! ... please let me know if there is some one with same problem , is there a way to get out this ? The current economic situation has forced me to relook at this for my own survival !
