Maybe not legal, but definetley expected..Mexico. Almost every time I go to Juarez I get pulled over and asked for 400 pesos. I just ask for their badge number and they let me go. LOL |

happens a lot in Russia and many of the FSU countries. The Russian Militsiya (police) and DPS (Traffic patrol) will usually issue and on the spot fine and tell you it can be half price if paid on the spot or full price at the police station. They are notorious for fining foreigners and anyone else towards the end of the month when its near to payday! |

Practically all, just make sure you are in the Government, or politics in general, or a Judge, or the police, armed forces, or any one of the robbing junkets that runs the Country.
If you are an Arab Prince r a Director of BAE, that really helps. Then the CP protect you., as does the Prime Minister. |

Let's face the truth and not dance around dance around the subject. Bribes are a part of doing business in every country. Some countries are not quite as open about it as others, but it is standard operating procedure. Do you thing the lobbyists in Washington DC are there for their health with no money or things to barter the politicians with? Do you think contracts are awarded without any kickbacks or favors?
Almost all business on a large scale has bribes. Even when you go to the grocery store and are given a rebate that is a bribe. |
