Since he was second in command of the Janet Reno/Clinton debacle at Waco in the burning death 20 AMERICAN CHILDREN and 2 Pregnant AMERICAN WOMEN? Should he also be brought up on charges since no one died while they were being "Water Boarded" and many of them were Terrorists? I would rather be "Water Boarded" than burned to death...talk about torture...kind of hypocritical don't you think?

Does Barry really want to open this up...who knows what charges can be brought against him and his administration when his four years are up...you never can tell...what say you?

The attorney general is always responsible for making charging decisions. The paranoia surrounding that comment is astounding. If someone asks the prez is someone should be charged, the correct answer is always that the AG handles such things, without interference from the prez. You nut cases take a non-response and turn it in to something else. No wonder you see enemies everywhere.
