If i try to talk to somone on myspace, and make it known that they arent interested, but kinda beat around the bush, and never actually tell me to stop or go away, is it considered illegal??

No but, technically it could be considered harassment. You probably wont get anywhere though and are wasting your time. |

No. It is not illegal unless they explicitly inform you they wish to stop communicating. Then it is harassment, which is illegal. |

No, if you really bother them that much they can block you, but then again if they do actually tell you to stop or to leave them alone at any point then you probably should because they might be able to get you for harassment. |

Freedom of speech is your right. It's not like you're verbally abusing the person until emotional and psychological damage break downs. Then you'd have a lawsuit on your hands. But there's a lot of proof required that you caused the person any emotional damages, proof from people like your therapists and such. |
