They want me to provide proof of delivery on an item they know I sent via Regular Post. I have 72 positive feedbacks on my profile, and they're siding with the buyer, who chose Regular Post instead of Registered Post. Does this mean in order to avoid getting ripped off by PayPal and buyers is to make Registered Post compulsory on all my items?

You should ALWAYS get a delivery receipt/signature FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION.
THAT AVOIDS this problem.
Obviously the buyer claims it was NOT delivered.
Yes they ARE allowed to request that you prove delivery, if the buyer says it was NOT delivered.
DID you get a receipt when you SENT it? You SHOULD have. Otherwise, you can NOT even prove you SENT the item.
Fraudulent sales are rampant with on-line sales, as well as with buyer fraud as well. |

I've done ebay/paypal for 8 years and I've never heard of regular or registered post. To maintain my feedback profile, I would send another like wise item or refund the payment. The feedback profile is most important. |
