like, i kno its illegal to sell them, etc because of the embargo and stuff. but is it actually illegal to have with you or smoke in the US? cuz i thoought that its just illegal to sell but not illegal to have.

cuz i just got bak from vacation in the caribbean and in St.maarten i got some cuban cigars and brought some bak. now, are these illegal still even though i didnt buy them in the US? or am i fine. im not worried or nething, im just curious

It is illigal to bring them over the border, so...yes! but there's no way you will be caught. The Airport Security should have confiscated them the moment you stepped foot in the US

It is illegal to spend money you earned in the US on anything from Cuba without special permission.

What you did that was illegal was purchase a product of Cuba which supports their economy. That violates the terms of the embargo.

Recommend that you go ahead and smoke those bad boys before the Feds come knocking.

it's still illegal but the chances that you will get caught once you have them inside the US is close to zero
