Is elem. schooling included in child support?

The ex-wife is taking us to court saying we didn't pay for any schooling but we pay alot in support and thought that was included?

If paying for school was not mentioned in the Order, you are not obligated to pay for it. Plain and simple: whatever your Order says, you must do.

child support is for the basis needs of a child..educational issues should be address with a different court order..such as private schools..tuition..as long as a child is a full time student, child support continues

You asked so...

School tuition and expenses is separate. If there no court order that addresses educational expenses, you are only ordered to pay what is in your court order.

Read the order and stop listening to your ex.
