No, because for all they know, you could have been in Canada or Mexico a few hours earlier smoking it (where small amounts are legal/decriminalized). A plane flight would only take a few hours. They wouldn't go through the trouble of trying to prove that you weren't in Canada or Mexico earlier.
I have a prescription, I live in California and Florida. It takes 4 to 5 hours to do that distance in a plane. People in Florida can arrest me if I have weed on me, because its illegal for me to smoke it or possess it and my prescription is only valid in California. However, if I smoked it with my prescription in California, then I was in Florida 4 hours later and still high, they couldnt do anything about it. |
