Is having an abortion murder?

Yes you are taking a life. The government has construed that is is a right but governments have been wrong in the past. Most of the women I know who have had an abortion say that it is the worst decision you can make. When they got older they had realized what they had done and are continually haunted by it. They don't tell you that at planned parenthood.

Yes, but its not up to us to punish the person for having an abortion. That is between God and them. I say that due to the fact that it isn't illegal to do so here on this earth in our country.

God gives all of us free will, that means that we can pick and choose for our selves what we are going to do as far as weather we have an abortion or not. Of course he wants us to do the right thing, his will but as I've said he gives us free will to choose for our selves while we are on the earth. We will all be judged by him come Judgment day, that is when he will judge us for any wrong doing that we have done.

But it is not up to us to judge some one else on this earth if they decide to have an abortion. Were not suppose to judge any one.

I am in no way attempting to push my faith upon any one here, I'm only stating what I know through my own faith. I hope this helps answer your question.

it is murder and IT DOES HAVE A HEART BEAT. the heart starts to beat 22 days after conception in other words right after the first month.
most abortions occur after that so it is murder

Depends on the definition of murder. My definition of murder is the unlawful killing of a person. Since having an abortion is not unlawful, it is not murder.

Actually, it is not at all clear. You asked if "having" an abortion is murder. Back in the bad old days, it was the abortionist that was prosecuted for murder (if anyone), not the patient that agreed to it. Furthermore, even if Roe. V. Wade was overturned, that would not mean that abortion was murder. It would mean that the states would free to outlaw abortion or not as they saw fit. It would be murder only in those states that chose to pass laws that prohibited murder in such a fashion as to include abortion. Even before Roe v. Wade, not every state prohibited abortion and, of those that did, most did not prosecute the abortionist for murder.

Well, the child isn't granted a sole until the 4th month. So basically, abortion is murder if it is after the 4th month.

Some might consider it murder as well before the 4th month, because of the child's heartbeats. Maybe they're right. However, in my opinion, if the child has no sole yet granted by God, then the baby is not fully alive. Still, I believe it IS not ethical as abortion doesn't permit this child to live a life. You never know, maybe this child might be a scientist or win a noble peace prize.

Do you know that Newton's mother was thinking of abortion by the way? (I'm not sure actually, it was either Newton or Einstein)

Some think that because humanity has achieved some scientific achievements, that humanity knows everything. But to create that tiny life that will be killed by so much arrogance, nature has worked for billion of years.
What is an hundred years against the power of nature? Oh scientific have test tubes, centrifuges, laboratories, and so one. But the tiny cell has been made by the whole universe and uncountable experiments. No human is able to create the conditions involved in the creation of that tiny cell, and the life in it, and spirit in it. Yes spirit, because without spirit the achieved form couldn't be reached. A tiny cell that leads to some complex and marvelous life, that contains in itself the whole part of human being, all its capacities.
Unable to discover the laws behind life, human has created artificial laws allowing some authorities to destroy life. It's the most distressing paradox of all time.
I know of course that some women feel sometimes helpless. Yet, I thing that society should help them till delivery, then the baby could be taken care by foster parents that would love it.
Of course thousand of intellectuals could give me hundred of other responses, and tell me that I'm retrograde.
For what I know, Intellectual, rationality, and so one is only a tiny part of the whole. We don't really know what the brain is and what are its true capacities. Rather than the so called intellectual arguments I prefer the law of the universe, still largely unknown. The laws that created that miraculous tiny cell, that no intellectuals can explain.
It's easy to put sophism in relation in order to hide ignorance. But intellectual arguments always find their contrary.
There is not such thing in reality. I mean, having contradictorily argument is only possible if we are in life. That tiny cell, is helpless, but I guess, it feels, as all life feels, when the murderer comes and decide to kill it.
The argument given by them, is, the embryo has no mind. But nobody knows what mind is. The physiologic functions may be not here, but the potentiality is in all cell, all embryo, and that not metaphysical, but a reality.
God protect its creature and creation against excess of pretending understanding which are only underestimating the real facts behind the lack of data.
