have such a clause?

Not unusual since she worked at a Catholic School.

They can fire her for not believing in God.

Why would she want to teach there anyway?

Any other school, this would be grounds for a lawsuit.

But, being a religious school, the administration is within their rights to use religious reasons for hiring and firing.
