I'm always carrying a swords around and people are always saying "you'll go to jail for having that",but to my knowledge as long as it's in the sheath I'm fine.
Only around two to four cops has said anything to me about them,but other police officers don't really care and even one ask to hold it.
So,what do you think?

Your best bet is to check your local and state laws. Your local library might have copies of your state laws. If they don't you can go to your local courthouse or a local law school and check their law library(if it's open to the public). You'll be suprised what is and isn't against the law. |

Depends on the state. If you live ina baby killer state like Illinois then no way! But I personally see nothing wrong with wearing a sword. |
