Um, yes. Legally, the law says 18 is illegal to sleep with anyone under 18. BUT if the person is in high school, then it's not entirely considered illegal. The only way it can be enforced, is if you were to get pregnant, and your parents were to put him in jail for statutory (can't spell) rape. Which means sleeping with someone underage, not actual rape. But if your parents are ok with it, then he cannot go to jail. But if you were any younger, then it would just be gross, and there would be no way around that. Usually, the parents have to call the police on the person to make it illegal. |

Yes! It is called statutory Rape. It is a crime that could involve imprisonment. Just say no to 10-15 years. |
