Is it illegal for an 18 year old to date a 16 year old in Massachusetts or Florida without the parents consent?

The reason why i'm asking is because the age of consent in Massachusetts is 16, as specified by Chapter 265, Section 23 of the General Laws of Massachusetts. The General Laws of Massachusetts also states in Chapter 272, Section 4, another age of consent is at 18 when the "victim" is "of chaste life" and the perpetrator induces them. The laws of Florida state that the age of consent in Florida is 18, but close in age exemptions exist.

My question is, could you get in trouble if an 18 year old is dating a 16 year old without the younger partners parents consent? Obviously, as i've written above, close age exceptions exist in the state of Florida but i just want to be sure. Thank you(:
