Is it illegal for an adult to look at XXX sites on a family computer or a child's computer.?

I think my uncle is looking at these sites on my little sister's computer its more like the family computer though. when no one is home. (it shows up on the history. he told me they might be pop ups. is that true?)

No it's not. It's illegal for him to show them to a child, though. It's not illegal for him to look at them himself as long as she's not with him.

No it's not illegal. Be sure to delete the history so your little sister doesn't see these sites. They're not pop ups either. Maybe your uncle will stay off them or delete the history now that you confronted him about it.
