Some buddies and I want to have a public KKK rally in the park on the 4th of july. We would do some chanting, singing, and protesting of the government. Now, I won't be using any racial slurs but I can't say that for the rest of the guys. Would that be illegal or just in bad taste? By the way, we'll be doing this in a primarily african american neighborhood.

It's not illegal, even the KKK have 1st amendmant rights. If you want too look like a complete moron then you have every right to.
However the use of the park probably requires a permit, which you will need to apply for.
Using a park in an African American neighborhood probably indicates the need for a psychiatrist. At a bear minimum you will require a police escort if you want to get out alive. |
