Yes, you can also get a ticket for "driving without a license" if you forget them at home. |

Yes. But if you have a driver's license and simply forgot it at home the officer that pulls you over may be willing to let it slide, assuming everything else checks out...(i.e. you can show proof of insurance, vehicle is registered, etc.) |

|
Yes. But do you mean, not having a license at all, or leaving it at home?
Both are illegal, but leaving it a home usually involves a ticket with no points or anything else, just a fine. Not having one at all can lead to large fines, future suspension of license. |

What kind of question is that, of course it is, even if you have a valid drivers license it is illegal in the state of Mo. to be without them on your person. |

Yes, I don't know about the law after 18, but I know for a FACT if you are caught driving with out a license as a teen, they can prevent you from getting your license until you are 21! So just wait until you are 16 (or whatever your state law it) or just go get one! At least in Illinois you don't have to take any drivers ed. after the age of 18. Don't risk it tho, because the moment you don't feel uncomfortable any more is when you will be pulled over! |
|

doraemon003

not if you don't get caught and depends on what you're driving |
