I really don't know if it's illegal, but think of it this way. Many addicts will do whatever they need to do to get their fix. Do you want to screw one of them out of a) that fix they thought they were getting and b) their money for more drugs? I would be afraid that they would come after me. |

Yes.
In Missouri, possession or sale of an imitation controlled substance is a felony.
Not to mention you are going to get yourself seriously hurt or killed by an angry "customer."
Happens all the time. |

Yeah that sounds wise.
Ask your folks what days they are free for your funeral. |

people who often buy them would probably be able to tell the difference or if not, and they buy it, they will track you down!! |

Yes, it is illegal to sell fake drugs to people. |

many many years ago some friends and i thought it would be funny to get another friend to snort some laxative. we used some of my baby brothers baby laxative because it was a white powder. we put it in a bag and headed to his house. (we didnt do drugs or anything but just thought this would be a funny prank for our buddy) anyway we got stopped on the way there, police searched the car , found the laxative and arrested us all. we tried to explain the situation but of course the police were not listening. it went on to court and was even brought up that they were not real drugs and it was all supposed to be a practical joke. the judge then said i would have 12 months in state prison to think about how funny that joke was. so to answer your question, it is illegal to sell or possess drugs that are fake. |

uh... YEA! It's called possession of a look-a-like substance. If you have it in the form of any other drug then you will get the possession charge. Even if it is nerds that your trying to sell. |

Try it - I'd like to see you out run the bullet that the druggie aims at you - that would be hilarious!!

yes and you should be charged the same as a person with the real stuff. Police stings set up in drug neighborhoods, sell them your nerds and powder sugar and your going down for the real stuff. selling to the wrong person could get you killed too, the police should be the least of your worries on this issue. |

Yes.
It's called fraud. If you get caught, it's still intent to sell, but adds fraud to the issue. |

It is still illegal because you are still making it look like a legal sale. I've seen this on COPS. And there is a specific name for it but I can't think of it right now. |

i wouldnt because like you said they are stupid people and i dont know what they would do if you cheated them off there money that they most likely stole from someone else |

First of all that's dumb. Just like everyone else said do you really want an angry crackhead after you? And then again say you did make a sell to them and they ingested it you could seriously hurt someone God forbid kill a person. So you might want to think of another way to get a good laugh. |

If you sell fake drugs to a person who needs the drugs to live and he dies you will be going to jail for murder.
If your talking about selling fake weed or something then i dont know. |
