Not at all. Just make sure you don't flip off the wrong person and they come and beat your head against the pavement. lol!

Not everything is a legal issue, Luis. There are issues of decency and maturity too. Kindly keep your gestures to yourself. What you do with your middle finger in the privacy of your own bedroom is up to you (please clean under your fingernail when you are satisfied). When you are in public, you should use it decently.

That is a sign of road rage! You stick out your middle finger to show your irritation or anger, so isn't that a sign of road rage.

It may not be illegal, but one indecent gesture can lead to another and before you know it, you have more problems on hand! So, keep COOL while driving.

Whether or not it's "illegal", such an action is road rage and is not a very smart thing to do.

People have been shot and killed over things like this.

It most certainly is road rage.

Aggressive driving due to anger at another driver, obscene gestures or signals, yelling, arguing with, or using profanity is ALL considered road rage.

Any sort of anger directed at another driver (whether you feel it is justified or not) is road rage. Period. End of story.

In NJ? I would have expected it to be a lawful requirement.

Anywhere else, it might be considered a form of road rage - but even that's a pretty lame argument.

probably not. why not ask the last guy that got shot up in a road rage exchange?

In New Jersey? Probably not since half the people wouldn't understand what it meant. I guess you could try it on a cop and see.

Yes, you are legally required to keep both hands on the controls of the vehicle.

No, it's illegal if you do not give idiot drivers the Hawaiian Good Luck Sign

In NJ I thought it was the law you had to flip off other drivers.

All of you saying that it is morally wrong, who the hell are you? He isn't looking to be preached at, he want's to know the answer to a legal question. As for the legality of keeping both hands on the steering wheel at all times, you're wrong.
