kids were picking on her so naturally I came outside to see what was going on. There were three kids shooting water guns filled with shampoo, sunscreen, and dirt at my mothers car. I told them to leave but they ignored me since I'm only fourteen. My younger sibling threw water balloons back at them saying they were filled with urine just to scare them off. They left and I started walking down the street when out came MR. RAMIREZ who lives on CUYAHOGA CIRCLE and he was holding a hammer above his head. He yelled," Don't say anything. If you ever bully my kids again I will drag you by the ear back to your mother. DON'T SAY ANYTHING!". Is it legal for an adult to speak to a minor like this while wielding a melee weapon?

Later that day my mother went over to speak with Mr. Ramirez to explain the situation and he and his wife claimed that he was fixing his daughter's bike with a hammer and he wasn't holding it in a striking position. His wife ( I shudder as I remember her screaching voice) said that we probably got our own car wet with urine. Yeah Right. Should my family make a police report?

Yes. Any adult who would approach children in such a threatening manner is unstable and dangerous. Stay away from this person. I would at the very least alert the police to the situation so if it or anything similar happens in the future - you and the police will have a record of the previous incident.

Hell yeah. The car is private property and that is like vandalizing it, make a police report or they won't stop. That is so disgusting!

The kids should be punished for vandalizing your Mother's car. If it was my car I would file charges against them. They are also trespassing on your property in order to do that. Obviously, Mr. Ramirez doesn't care what his kids do, but he should be taken to court for his behavior and that of his children. That's the only way to make a point with Mexicans. Take them to court or to jail.
