Is it legal to ban someone from a store because of personal problems?

The folks who are telling you that the store owner can bar you for any or no reason are only partially right. You cannot be excluded based on your race or gender, for example. But expecting an answer as to whether she can exclude you, without telling us why she excluded you, is rather silly, don't you think?

Sure, your conduct is none of our business, but if you want meaningful advice, you are going to have to share information that allows it.

Yes they have the right to do that, A reputable business does not want disturbances, That would keep paying regular customers from wanting to come back. Take this is a lesson and behave your self in public.

Yes it is legal to ban you from their own store. There are no laws that say a merchant must sell their goods to everyone. It's not profitable to do so but they have the right to ban you from entering their premise. It is their store correct? Hence it's their private property.

Yes she can. If she feels like you did something that puts her employees in harms' way then she did what she thought was right for their safety. If you ran away to one of their houses, it could mean the police getting involved and going to HER business to question HER employees about something YOU did. That can affect her, her employees, and her business so yes its her business.

Yes, it is legal--a store is not public property, it is owned by someone and just as a homeowner has a right to refuse people he/she doesn't like, does the store owner have the right to refuse someone he/she does not like....

I think it is legal but dumb because she is loosing out on your business, tell your friends to not go there, and try to get there friends as well so the owners loose more money from banning you
