I'm afraid of asking why you need an answer for this... :)
The answer is no. If you eat another human it is classified as desecration of a corpse or something similar to that. After authorities find you, they will want to know how you obtained the corpse and that brings more charges with it. But why eat a person when you can eat delicious pork chops and chicken?

In most states, it's completely legal to eat human flesh as long as you didn't do anything illegal to obtain it (aka...killing someone). The laws of cannibalism vary from state to state though, so google the laws in your state before you google recipes for human flesh.

the question should be why would you want to be a cannibal? i dunno that they have had to come out a make a law against it, cause usually in those cases, the cannibal committed murder first.
