The container should be unopened and in its original container and either locked up in the trunk or some other area that is not easily accessible to the driver. So I would say it's a combination of B, C, and D. |

Depends on the state, but most hold to the "not accessible to the driver" clause
generally this means that if it is the trunk you are okay.
However if no one in the car is over 21, you'll have a whole new problem -- minor in possession |
