My bf's ex is deeply involved in drugs and has just overdosed on a variety of drugs for the second time this month. Her friends are all stupid druggies as well and they are too high and scared to think of anything to do but to drive over to my bf's house and leave her on the front step. They are about ten minutes away and refuse to take her directly to the hospital. My bf has a three-month-old daughter and does not want this on any record... Is it legal if he or the girl's friends leave her in the care of the receptionist and leave?

Thanks, but they are currently at a McDonald's and made the mistake eating in. (That's how high they are.) We called an ambulance and she'll be at the hospital soon. Thank you for your help.

Go for it. The cops are still going to track you down. They'll pull all the surveillance tapes, get the plates on the car that brought her, run them through DMV and then show up at your place a few hours later.
The smarter thing to do is just call 911 while she's on the door step, tell them that this drugged out chick was just dropped off since she's your BF's ex, and that she needs an ambulance.
No matter what, you're going to have to answer some questions. The way you deal with her will go a long way towards either convincing the cops that your story is legit or towards them taking a long, hard look at you guys. |

Nope, drop her off there, and make sure that you and your boyfriend talk to the staff and give all of the details to them. If you just drop the scum off, you will be seen on cctv and then the police will call. Somehow, you and your guy need to severely cut all tracks with those losers! |
