I have these fireworks I LEGALLY bought from a store. now, I want to sell them privately to someone. Is that legal??

That depends on the laws where you live. Nobody can tell you anything without knowing where you live, and even then, the best you can hope for on YA is a bunch of uninformed opinions.
Call your local police station and ask. If you haven't sold it yet, you won't get in any trouble. Do NOT use 911! Look up the regular number!
By the way, firearms and fireworks are two very different things.

You should have a dealers licesne~~what happens if someone buys the fireworks from you and they lose a finger or an eye? will the cops come after you? yes~~will you or your guardians have to cough up for a law suit?

No. Yu must have a special license to sell any type of firearm.....fireworks included. |
