It is unless they abused you first. Then abuse them all you like. Call them names, hit them, you know the score. |

Any kind of abuse is wrong in any form or fashion. |

Morally wrong is about the only thing it isn't. It's the start of a slippy slope. |

left is right and right is wrong........the decision whether to alter your consciousness is not a morale ? its part of human experience...moralizing or demonizing any drug whether its fda approved or illicit illegal or heaven forbid organic...your motivation is what may be morally hinged...its not the gun that kills it s the people who use them |

I do not judge others morals. |

It's not morally wrong, it's just stupid. Unless you have an addiction, in which case it's a medical problem. |

A drug by definition is any substance that influences the body that is not food. Alcohol is, coffee is, caffine pills are, pain killers are. And drug abuse is morally wrong because you are hurting yourself and others through your addiction. So therefore, yes, you are in the wrong by abusing painkillers. |

well, abusing painkillers can make u pass out and possibly choke on ur vomit, resulting in death. and that'd b suicide , so yes, it would b morally wrong |

Abusing pain killers is just like abusing illegal drugs.. its bad whatever way you see it . |

YOU SHOULDN'T ABUSE ANYTHING... TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY... SO YES ITS WRONG TO HARM YOURSELF |

Not if you aren't:
*Hurting others.
*Increasing the costs of the drugs for those who need it
*Getting them through clandestine or dishonest ways.
(you, meaning whoever abuses the drugs)
But how can you abuse them without one of these side effects?
Addiction can result, increasing the effects evermore. And when you are in withdrawal, your morals and sanity can and probably will abandon you. |

What part does morales play in abusing a prescreption drug?Is it wrong? Is it something that defines your charactor? Is it a sign of weakness? Is it a bad health choice? Why are you taking pain killers anyway? |

Be true to thine self.... Can you look in a mirror and like what you see? Thanks : ) happy 4th |

I only take pain killers if i REALLY need to take them. If you take them all the time then your body will rely on them and they will become less affective. So when you do suffer from pain they may not do the job. It can also cause problems for you in the future, i THINK it can cause problems with your joints ;-) |

Who cares about morals? You should just be concerned about what's it's doing to your body and brain. Everything is ok in moderation... just don't go nuts - that leads to addiction, and then all sorts of physical and mental problems ensue. |

i know four people that OD`d and died on em so im guessing if it can kill u ya. |

don't listen to all these religious cry babies...use painkillers to kill pain when needed to abuse though simply because it can become an addiction that will be hard to overcome. Morals have nothing to do with it...just your own logical judgement.
danger. |

Morally tends to be imply an individual's normal daily practicality and perceptibility -- unfortunately people on drugs, any drugs, have compromised their ability to perceive the problem of abuse. I would say it is not morally wrong but rather it is a misjudgment caused by the drug itself. That's is why intervention and help is needed by friends or others. |
