I think you would be distracting him from his work if you talked to him while him being on duty. It may not even be safe. You should talk to him when he is not working. Maybe set up a date. That would probably work out. |

All the police officers I've known have always appreciated a short, friendly conversation or even just a friendly wave as you go by them. After all, they are putting their lives on the line for you every day. |
