I fear my brother's NEW bride (my "ex-wife"), will arrange for him to suffer a "fatal accident" so she may collect life insurance upon his death. Is it possible to determine what policies have been issued insuring his Life in each State, to validate/dispel my suspicions?

Well for starters, she SWINDLED me of more than $20,000! She LIED and DECEIVED me (and Immigration), to gain entry into the U.S.A.. She is motivated soley by GREED, and she has been making DEATH THREATS against anyone who interferes with her marriage to her "new love"!
Consent is "implied" by a spouse insuring the other spouse. That is why she never relinquished the use of MY last name after our divorce! So she could "claim" to be his wife (even before getting married again), and applying online for Term Life Insurance (without physical examination requirements)!
He says that there is NO Life Insurance with her as the beneficiary, so if we can "find" a policy that contradicts that fact.........he might survive her "plans."

Insurance companies won't issue a life insurance policy without the person's consent and cooperation. Just ask your brother in casual conversation if he has life insurance. |
