I was accused of not being human over msn by a man because of being IVF, and am wondering if there is anyway i can sue him for discrimination? i have his myspace address as well, if that would help me, and copied our conversation

No. Although, you could sue someone for slander/defamation if they publicly made a false statement that harmed your reputation.
