No it won't be allowed except in areas designated a member's club - same as any other private member's club in England.

Yes they will be allowed to smoke in the club bar there. Its a shame we are not treated all the same !!!

i have just checked this out on the official government site , yes our so called leaders will be able to continue to smoke, as will all private members clubs,

I hope not for their sakes ! But then again as always it's a case of "do as I say not as I do" There could be a lot of people flouting the so called law if it is true and that would be fun !!
