here is the situaton i found out my husband cheated one me and got a girl pregant. he has been lying to me and saying its not his. He only tells me the child is his when we fight and that the girl isw more beautiful than me. She does not want to be with me him so he stayed with me. Anyway my husband has been unemployed for 6months. I told him it was fine because al the state does is takes out money for one child now its another child. my husband has 3 children by three different woman. My husband been lying to me about the baby he gets his mail at his moms. I just bumped into his mail and found out.This new baby drving me nuts because its hard for me to pay bills alone so i told my husband to find a job. i did not like him working and the money just goes to his children if i have to go without they should too. My husband got a letter saying they will take out 50% of his first paycheck for back pay for the new baby i am pissed off my husband has to work so hard and i dont get s*&&& This girl gone get 50% of his hard earned money than childsupport will take out for the other child. If my husband choose not to help why withhold thats thirsty and stupid

I had sympathy for your situation until you stated that his children should go without because you have to. That is a horrible thing to say. The children in this situation are the innocent ones. He made the children,he is responsible to support them. It isn't his choice whether he wants to help or not. Why blame the children and their mothers when it was your husband who couldn't keep it in his pants. He is probably so far behind in arrears by now he may be looking at some jail time in the near future. |

Because the child didn't get to choose. You choose to stay with him knowing he has 3 kids and he cheats. The woman and your husband choose to cheat on you. The woman and your husband choose to keep the baby. Your husband choose to do what the woman wanted when he slept with her without a relationship. She isnt in a relationship, so she has to do wht is best for her because she isn't dating or married to your husband. So... the baby should not do without within reason. He still needs diapers and clothing and food even if your husband isnt working. And even if she put it on a credit card until she had the money... the woman has to still pay. So depending on how long he is unemployeed and how much his first check is... it might be fair. Just remember the 3 of you had a choice, but the baby didnt. If he doesnt pay than tax payers pay. Your a tax payer and he's a tax payer, and your family, friends, ect. The mom will gt on foodstamps, wic, low family housing, and temp money.... and when a lot of people that shouldn't be on there go on than our taxes go up or people who really need it do not get it. |

Child support can take out even more.
For one child in Illinois, it is 20%. (for six it is 50%)
But each "custodial parent" it is a new 20% (minus the previous amount).
So when (not if) he has another child from yet another "mother," it will be 20% less for his paycheck again.
I wonder why you stay with him. |
