Sorry about your hamster. That is the most f**king awesome funeral ever. Your little friend would be so pleased. How could it be illegal....or even noticed for that matter. A raft for a hamster would be what....about the size of a waffle? Even if you wanted to build a ship...it would still be really, really small. |

i would suspect that that is pretty universally illegal. not only under maritime laws, but in accordance with laws about the disposal of bodies. if you cremate someone, there are very specific laws about what you can do with the ashes. they usually state that you can not put the ashes into the waterways.
anyway, go for it. take the Yamster while you're at it. just remember to construct a raft for him/her that will burn well enough before it sinks. |

Um, ok, that sounds amazing, and I'm not sure why everyone is so worried. A hamster ship will be tiny, and it's going to be surrounded by water. And wet things. I mean, even if it ended up coming ashore somewhere, that place will be very wet, what with being on the shore and all.
Where the hell are under 18s not allowed to light fires???

By "the sea" are you talking about the Pacific Ocean? That option is dangerous. The police don't want any screwing around in coastal areas. May I suggest finding a small pond for the viking funeral? And be careful. How old are you? If you're under 18 you are not supposed to light fires at all. |
