Nope. If one of the parties is underage...it's considered rape no matter who agreed to it. |

Yes, rape is OK if BOTH people AGREE to it.
Sounds kind of kinky though. =) lol
Second thought... Both people? If two people are agreeing to rape a third party, then it is ABSOLUTELY NOT ok! |

Unless one party is legally unable to consent to the act, it would probably not be rape by definition. |

It would not be rape then. |

If all parties consent, then the essential element of rape is absent. Therefore, there is no rape. |

If both parties are consenting it is no longer rape.
this is of course excluding the case whereby one person is not of the age and can therefore not legally offer consent. If a person cannot legally offer consent due to age or incapacitation then it is rape, even if they say OK. |

I'm a rape victim and I don't think any type of rape is acceptable. At the beginning the person might agree, but then not want to do it. That's a tough situation, but I wouldn't recommend it, because someone might get mentally hurt down the road. |

It isn't rape if it's mutually agreeable. |

If it's consensual then it isn't rape. |
