There are no worldwide laws concerning anything, since the whole wide world can't agree on anything. :)

The World Wildlife Organization, though, fights for the enforcement of poaching, trade and conservation laws across jurisdictional lines; and the passage of such as needed, by reducing human/wildlife conflict.
