16 in most states with your parents signature.Are you sure that's what you want? Today an education is so very important to the success of your future.Once your older and have children wouldn't you like to be able to provide a somewhat secure home.Please think real hard about this.Good luck in your decision. |

17 in SC and IN WITH parental signature. I believe, but don't quote me, in FL it's 16. However, in FL, if you drop out of school, you can't get your license I think until 18 or 21. I can't remember which age. |

Here it used to be 16 - I think it should be 18 - you will not be making a good decision if you choose that. I did it and still regret it, even though I eventually graduated and went on to college. Just stick it out - you'll be so glad you did - it gives you a sense of accomplishment and makes you feel more confident about succeeding at other things in life. Even if you're not doing well, keep trying - a quitter never wins and a winner never quits. |

My dad let me so.....but yea it probably differs by state.
