No. It's all based on family preference. Your boyfriend is wrong. |

yes they must have separate beds by the time they are 27 years old. |

Well no is the answer. As long as they're not going to "do" anything then its ok. Otherwise any age would be wrong. |

I think in the UK as far as social services are concerned then by the age of 8 a child should have his own room.
My kids shared because of space reasons until my daughter was 11 and my son was 8. They have their own rooms now but during the school holidays when they can stay up late they choose to share a room and sometimes sleep together in my daughter´s double bed. They watch a video in bed or chat or play PSP etc there is nothing wrong with this at all. She is 13 and he is 10.
My son would like to share more often as he gets scared in his room and it is quite far from my bedroom. His sister feels sorry for him so will often let him in, though most times he has to sleep on the floor on a sleeping bag. |

I think if you live in a Council House they make sure that they give you a separate room for a boy and girl once th ey are 10 or 11, The age of inquisitiveness. |

As far as I know, there is no legal limit on that.
Me and my brother slept in the same bed til I was 9, and he was 12. Because we were poor and lived in a one bedroom trailer. My mom gave us the bed, and she slept on the floor.

If your are in social housing, then they state that male and female siblings shouldn't share a bedroom once one of them reaches the age of 10 years old.
Once one of them reaches 10, then they should be given a room of their own.
I would use this as a guide to answer your question. |

Not sure about legal Social services might have something to say about it . I would say about 8 is maximum sensible age |

There is no legal age as it is not against the law. It's like a child crawling into their parents bed at night if they had a nightmare. What a random thing to be arguing about, lol.

brother and sister. honestly..probably 5-6, I know it's weird but kids are finding things out at younger ages these years and that's sick if a brother and sister are experimenting things together.. but it does happen. |

There is no legal age limit, as long as there is room in the bed for both of them to sleep comfortably. It's up to you and your family. Once one of the kids starts feeling conscious about their body, they probably want to have their own bed. |

call your local Department of Human Resources, If any would know they will. I know back in the late 80's I wanted to rent a on bedroom for me and my son, he slept with me he was only 10, and because I had a child they would only rent me a two bedroom, so there must be. |
