Yes.Depending on where you are located and where you were divorced. If it wasn't in australia the link posted wouldn't help. You need to go to your state district court web site Mine for example is OSCN (Oklahoma supreme court network) your state has something similar just search supreme court network for your state. Then there will be a drop down menu of some type with all the counties listed. Select your county. Then fill in the blanks for name and your records will pop up. If you live in the US and you got a divorce decree and its been over 6 months your done. But you can check the site anyway for peace of mind. |

How would you not know if you were married or not? It depends on what state the divorce would have taken place in, some records are free and some aren't. |
