I work full time hours but cannot get fulltime. How many hours per week do I have to average for how many weeks in order to get full-time if there is such a law that would force my employer to give me full-time?

In the US, there is no legal definition of full time. I THINK you are asking about 'benefits' for full time employees. MOST such benefits are NOT legally required for ANY employees. |

I'm sure that makes perfect sense to you, but you seem to lack the ability to communicate to strangers the idea you would like to have information on.
If you are asking if there are laws to force your employer to schedule you for more hours, as you're working some now, then no.
If you're asking if there are laws to force your employer to grant you some sort of benefit for working full time, when you are not classified as full time, no.
If your employer gives you hours to work, and you work them, he/she must pay you for the hours you work. He/she is in no way obligated to continue to grant you as many hours as he/she already has.
If there is an agreement between you and the employer that states that you are entitled to some sort of benefit if you work full time, then you can likely force the issue in court, but that would be a matter of contract law, and not of FLSA. Most places consider 30 hours to be full time, though this is not a hard line. |

40 hours a week is full time and then there is part time, you can't force your employer to give you full time hours |
