Is there any type of petition to get a next door neighbor evicted from their house?

you're probably better off bringing up the matter to the Police or if necessary, take him to Court and let the Judge decide on the final verdict

What do you mean he's trying to take over your property? You know what they say, "Good Fences Make Good Neighbors". Get a survey done to determine exactly where the property lines are, and put up a fence.

Can you get him evicted? Not if he owns the property and is making payments on it. Anything short of him doing something illegal or the city condemning his property for safety reason will not get him out of there. You either have to live with it, or you can move. There is nothing you can legally do to make him move (there are a lot of illegal things you could do, but that's a different issue).

Only if they are doing something illegal. Then you should file a report with the police also talk to the land lord if you live on property owned by someone else.

Who is trying to evict who? Either way, there is no mechanism to have someone evicted from their home just because you don't like them. A person can be evicted by a landlord, but only for justifiable reasons (such as non payment of rent). Nothing in the law allows a person to be removed from their own property by another person. Even if they are breaking laws, they can't be dispossessed.

PETITION QUERY! british columbia canada. I live in a trailer park,(not trash) and the landlord/owner trusted a retired couple to be park managers. The couple turned the park into hell for other seniors, drinking to vicious excess, and one by one evicting seniors, threatening them, actual physical attacks for the past 2 years. There is no tenancy protection in bc trailer parks, and one can be evicted on 2 hours notice or less, which is what they did several times. Unfortunately the police always backed them up and assisted them with evictions. Some seniors who still live here are sure a petition to oust them will work but i dont think so. Their evictions were legal, the landlord turn blind eye, noone will press charges because these are 2 of the most manipulative and scary psychos for their age. The landlord has taken back the paark, they are no longer in charge, and they cry to him they have no place to go. They cry real tears down face he cant evict. Any suggestions to legally oust these old drunken terrorizers?
