My ex boyfriend wants to put a restraining order against me for all the trouble i have apparently caused him and i really didn't do anything so i personally don't think its necessary. I think he is just trying to make my life miserable and trust me its working, my question for you is, i need help trying to over rule it if i can because this whole restraining order is not necessary!

It's meant to keep you away from him. So if you stay away, then there is no problem. Unless you make it a problem by NOT staying away.
So stay away. |

Any attempt to circumvent a Judge's order without a Judge's consent (new order) is contempt of court and is punishable by imprisonment. |

Only another judge may over rule any restraining order. You need to see a lawyer if that is what you want to do. With what you have written here, I just do not see your chances of having the restraining order rescinded. |

You trying to stop it will just prove that he does in fact need it.
Stay away from him and there is no problem.
After the order is issued if you violate it you will go to jail.
He is not worth it. |

to put a restraining order in effect, you must go to court and prove how they are affecting you.
If he can prove it, maybe there is a reason... and you will do better to stay away
if he can't prove it, I think you should treat him as if the restraining order were in effect because he must be a wacko... |
