Ok so many years ago my mom had kiaser and she had a very painful abdominal pain. Kaiser did so many test and told her no your fine theres nothing wrong with you. She changed inscurance and went to a diffrent doctor and he told her she had endo. So she did have something. Now this year she had no choice and had to take the inscurance of Kiaser again after have a c-section of her 3rd baby. Now ever since the surgery which was 11 months ago she has had pain in her abdomin. Kiaser said she is fine all they did was give her pills. Later she started have stomach pain , back pain , and arthritis symptoms. And they say no theres nothing wrong your fine you don't have anything. So if we can prove she has something is that good enough to sue?

ok I want to sue kiaser because they run medical test on my mom on all her problems and still claim she is fine and theres nothing wrong . How can they say that if she suffering with so much pain ?And if we can prove there is something wrong with her . Would we be able to sue?

What are you exactly wanting to do. Sue? If so...who are you going to sue? A doctor? Kaiser?

What can you PROVE regarding the medical treatment that was poor and constitutes a grave danger to her health? You can't sue for frustration.

No, you should not sue Kaiser. Such a lawsuit would have no merit. The insurance company has nothing to do with the doctor's diagnosis or lack thereof.

I would recommend that your mother go and see a different doctor that is covered by her insurance. There are hundreds to choose from at Kaiser. Tell her to get a second opinion on the pain she is experiencing.

I'm sorry but your story is almost impossible for me to follow. Who or what is Kaiser? If Kaiser is an insurance Company, why would they run medical tests? A Doctor or hospital would do that, right? Who do you want to sue? Sorry i just didn't follow.
