I am an in home tutor, and one of my students is in the 12th grade. when i got thier to start my first session. the youngest son came and ask his mom who i was. the mom was like oh thats her boyfriend. and my student said thats my boyfriend. another thing is when i took my phone out to look the time. the student took my phone and changed my wall paper to I luv my student. another thing is the student plays around like joke I have a girl friend that would go to jail for me. I act like I didnt hear it and i keep things professional but it get kinda nervous and uncomfortable. is this harrassment?

I don't think it can count as harassment until you have made it clear that the advances (of whatever persuasion) are unwanted. If you haven't made the declaration- then no, it is not harassment.

this is fail. it is up to you to maintain order. if you can't handle kids maybe you should look for a different line of work.
