Cranberry marshes are very popular in the area I live in and my grandpa owns a piece of land that has a pond on it right next to some of these marshes. This year alone, the water line in the pond went down 4 feet because the cranberry companies are pumping out a lot of the water from the water table. Is that legale? Could my grandpa take this to court?

Yes of course if he can prove they are pumping the water and it is in fact lowering the water levels in his pond, particularly is he stocks the pond for fishing or recreational use.
Contact a lawyer as it would both take too long and be too ambiguous to explain without details of the situation. But the short answer is if he owns the land and it shares a water source yes.
