There is a boy at my school that bullies me.
and when he walks past he always touches my hair.
Is this legal or can I take action on him?

and He went nuts. And he is fat. not the fat fat the musuel fat and if i punched him he will get me back twice as hard!!

Punch him in the face. It's the old classic. When i started a new school i got picked on, but i just gave the guy a black eye. Didn't have ANY trouble after that.
