okay, well i need to draw a picture for art and i need to look for something that isnt copyrighted. so i decided on a butterfly. But im not sure if this butterfly is copyrighted. Can someone please tell me if it is or isnt? thanks!

Yes it is. The copyright is owned by Paul B. Southerland.
And, I own the copyright to this one: http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1175/732160898_2cbcc08c30.jpg?v=0 . I took this picture at Rice lake State Park, MN. Even though it does not have my name on it, the copyright is owned by me.
